We depend upon the generosity of our members and other individuals to help us fund our efforts. It takes time and money to fight for legislative issues at a State level, stay on top of issues regarding our profession, and create relationships with legislators.

Please be mindful that donations to APA’s PAC account are individual donations, not from a business entity. By law, political donations for State legislators are not* a tax deductible charitable contribution, and will never be used for general funding. In most cases, no business expense deduction may be claimed for “any amount paid or incurred in connection with influencing legislation.”
